Our Legal Consultant John Hull was a speaker at the symposium organised by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) held in Geneva on 23rd and 24th May 2022.

The symposium focused on Trade Secrets and Innovation. This event recognised the importance of trade secrets as IP assets for small and medium-sized companies and reflected the harmonisation of trade secret laws in the EU (including the UK) which offers better legal protection for these vital IP rights.
