What I like about my job

I have been working in Intellectual Property for almost 18 years. I started my career as a secretary and have progressed to become a paralegal. I am now involved in end-to-end prosecution of mainly patents, but I am also learning about trade marks and designs. I like the fact that I get to file many different applications in lots of different countries.

In my spare time…

I enjoy family life as I am a mum of three boys, so a lot of my free time is taken up with football and sessions (good job I actually enjoy football). I enjoy socializing with friends and attending music events (on the rare occasion these days). I also really enjoy chilling out and watching whatever I can find on Netflix. I also like to watch quiz shows – only from my armchair though.

What I am looking forward to

I am looking forward to travelling again as I have not done so for a few years. I am also very intrigued to see how Impact IP will grow in the coming years.
